• Monitor and maintain the security of the Will You App platform.

3. Public Accessibility of Links

Important Notice: When you create a customized design on Will You App, you are generated a unique URL. Anyone with access to this link can view the content you have uploaded (including names, text, images, and sounds). We do not password-protect these links by default, so please be mindful of the sensitivity of the information you include.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• Retention: We store your data for as long as the link is active.
• Right to Delete: We reserve the right to delete data associated with inactive links or content that violates our Terms of Service.
• User Requests: If you wish to have a link or your uploaded media manually deleted from our servers, please contact us at [email protected].

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform securely and reliably. These providers have strict security protocols and do not have the right to use your personal content for their own marketing purposes.

• Hosting & Storage: We use cloud providers (like Cloudflare R2 and MongoDB Atlas) to store the choices, text, and media you upload so your unique link functions correctly.
• Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile): To protect our platform from spam and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you create a link, Turnstile may collect limited technical data (such as IP addresses, browser information, and interaction patterns) to verify you are human. This process happens securely and without using invasive CAPTCHAs.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. By using the service, you acknowledge this inherent risk.
